You are invited to an Awakening Spring Delight…

Our innate feminine wisdom creates space to accept all parts of ourselves; the dark, the light, the inward, the outward, and everything in between. In this healing workshop, we will use Moon Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Intuitive Energy Healing, Essential Oils, and Spring Renewal to embrace the cycles of the moon, the earth, and within, to honor you, wherever you are in your cycle.
