I am collaborating with my dear, wild friend Gabriel Ross to bring you a special drumming event to explore the four elements and what they can teach us…
Women’s Drum Circle :: Exploring the Elements // AIR
An evening of meditation, drumming, breathing, and exploring.
The elements of air, water, fire, and earth have unique and inspiring aspects that we can embody and bring their lessons back into our lives. When we connect to the natural rhythms of the planet and her seasons, we tune in to our own ability to grow, bloom, release, and begin again.
First, we’ll take a dive into exploring our connection, energy, and relationship to the element of AIR. What does air symbolize for us and how does it show up in our lives right now? How does the quality of air feel like in our body? What are the gifts of this precious element? How does our drum sound when we are inspired by air? And how can we carry the inspiration of air back into our day-to-day routines with us?
The evening will be a creative blend of drumming, breathing, a guided meditation, and journaling to feed and nourish your spirit. No experience with drumming or meditation necessary!
Bring with you a journal, a favorite drum, if you have your own (drums provided if you need one!), and a blanket or yoga mat if you’d like to lie down for the meditation and journey.
