[ Breathwork Meditation for Healing & Clearing ]

This active guided meditation allows us to release the day to day mind and tap into the many other levels of our being. Through the inhales and exhales, we viscerally feel where our blocks lie and actively move through them to access the deeper, clearer, centered parts of our being. Breathwork is a dynamic and wild journey that brings us back to a restful, grounded space within ourselves.
