In this Summer Ritual, we invite you into a space of ceremony, honoring the Fire element, and the season of Summer. Our gathering will use grounding meditation, ritual, a guided journey, breathwork, reflective prompts, time to journal, and space to share to give you the inspiration and opportunity to tune into your own relationship with fire, with summer, and the energy of a full moon.

This is a sacred pause as we dive into the growing, blooming, creative season. It’s a time to listen to your body, mind and soul. It’s a moment to integrate your inner wisdom and set some intentions for the cycle ahead.

What to bring: your favorite journal and writing utensils, a cozy blanket and any props you might want for breathwork (eye pillow, stones, layers), and yourself just as you are
